Terms of Service

1. The Service

StampYourTrip provides two products:

• Itinerary PDF: A personalised, AI-generated day-by-day Dubai travel plan based on the details you provide.
• StampBot: An AI travel assistant pre-loaded with your itinerary, available for follow-up questions and plan adjustments.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use this service. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed in AED and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Your itinerary PDF and StampBot access link will be delivered to the email address you provide within a few minutes of payment confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

Because the itinerary is generated and delivered immediately upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the PDF has been sent.

If you did not receive your itinerary, if it contains a significant factual error on our part, or if the product was materially not as described, contact us at stampyourtrip@hotmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.

5. Nature of the Content

All itineraries and StampBot responses are generated by AI. While we strive for accuracy, the following limitations apply:

• Prices, opening hours, visa requirements, and entry rules change frequently — always verify critical details before travel.
• Restaurant and attraction recommendations reflect general information and may not account for recent closures or changes.
• StampBot responses are for guidance only and do not constitute professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

6. Acceptable Use

When using StampBot or any part of our service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the service at scale.
• Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Share your StampBot access link publicly or resell access to it.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.

7. Intellectual Property

Your itinerary is generated for your personal travel use. You may print, share, and use it freely for personal purposes.

You may not resell, republish, or commercially redistribute itinerary content without written permission. All other site content, branding, and code remains the property of StampYourTrip.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StampYourTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to travel disruptions, missed bookings, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will endeavour to honour existing purchases but cannot guarantee indefinite availability of StampBot sessions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
